How we work together
First thing we do after you contact us is to confirm we are available on your event date. We will let you know if we are not available. If we are available, the rest of the process looks something like this:

The Consult
One of the trio members will contact you to schedule a free 30-minute consult to gather event details and requirements, discuss our offerings and process in more detail, and answer any questions you might have.

The Agreement
Based on what we heard you say in the initial consult, we will draft a proposal for your event which will include a quote and next steps.

The Program
Build out your event program per the agreement and coordinate all other details related to the event.
04
The Event
We arrive 30 minutes prior to the schedule start time to connect with our event point of contact and get set up.
